Need a transcript for post-secondary plans or employment purposes? Complete the Transcript Authorization Form (in the Documents pane below) and choose one of the following 2 options:

  • If it has been 5 years or less since you’ve attended high school, return to Trina Nelson via trina.nelson@nearnorthschools.ca or call 705-773-7979 ext. 6708 for further information.
  • If it has been more than 5 years since you’ve been registered as a student at PSHS, please forward your request to the Near North District Board Office
